Where is the Newtown store?
Our Newtown stores has moved just round the corner and is located at 325 King Street.

Where is the CBD store?
Our CBD store has moved downstairs in The Galeries, it’s most easily accessed from the Pitt Street entrance.

Where is the Rosebery store?
It is a part of the Cannery and located on the corner of Dunning Avenue and Hayes Road.

Where is the Moore Park store?
It is located in the Entertainment Quarter on Bent Street.

Where is the Chadstone store?
It is located on the lower ground floor adjacent to Cotton On.


Where can I park when picking up my cake?

Moore Park – The Entertainment Quarter carpark is located just a stones throw from our store and has 2 hours free parking.

CBD – There is very limited parking in the city, the closest spots are located on Pitt Street.

Rosebery – There is a small car park for The Cannery located just off Dunning Avenue. There is also plenty of street parking on surrounding roads.

Newtown – King Street parking is limited but there is plenty of surrounding streets with parking available.


Do you offer delivery?
Currently, we do not offer a delivery service. We recommend Zoom2U to organize a courier at your own risk and cost.


Can I place an order for today?
Yes, just give our customer care team a call on 02 9557 8656.

Why won’t my order process online?
With the exception of Strawberry Watermelon Cake, Online orders can only be made 48 hours in advance, otherwise please call 02 9557 8656 to place an order.
Check our store opening times to make sure the store is open on the date you require the pickup.

I need to change my order.
We require a minimum of 48hrs notice for cake adjustments. For all order adjustments you must call our customer service team on 02 9557 8656.

I need to cancel my order.
We require a minimum of 48hrs notice for cancellations. To cancel your order please call our customer care team on 02 9557 8656. You can find our cancellations terms & conditions here.

I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail.
Please call our customer care team on 02 9557 8656 so we can organize your confirmation to be resent.


Do I need anything to pick up my cake?
You will need a copy of your order confirmation to pick up your cake. For orders over $100 photo ID is also required. Collections cannot be processed without this information.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes, you will need to provide them with a copy of your order confirmation for them to be able to collect your cake.

I’m running late to pick up my cake.
Please give our customer care team a call on 02 9557 8656.

I got to the store and it’s closed.
Please give our customer care team a call on 02 9557 8656 and they will try to organize your pickup with the store.

Do I need to refrigerate my cake?
Our cakes are recommended to be kept refrigerated when possible. They will keep out of refrigeration for up to 1.5hours.

Can I customize my cake?
We currently do not offer customized cakes.
