Inspired by Golden Century’s most celebrated signature dish – XO Pippies, the XO Seafood Pie is a premium fusion of rich tradition and modern pastry craft. Tender scallops and juicy prawns are bathed in umami-packed XO sauce, encased in Black Star Pastry’s signature golden, flaky pastry. Crowned with crispy noodles, fresh spring onion, and a final drizzle of house-made XO sauce, this pithivier-style dome is bold, nostalgic, and utterly satisfying.
Crafted to share — or savour solo — this limited-edition pie for both single-serve and family size (serves 5-6) is available for pre-order now. Ready for in-store collection or delivery from 6 September.
