Our POP! The Banana Cake is an ode to Andy Warhol and the pop art genre.

A banana lover’s dream, our June-exclusive POP! The Banana Cake has a banana base and two layers of banana jam inside to keep the inside moisty and airy. Masked in a banana yellow buttercream, each banana applique is done by hand to mimic a screen printing.

The cake’s bright appearance and bold flavour profile embodies Warhol’s experimental and avant-garde style.
